In July 2022, my daughter and granddaughters had just had a great day at the Arapahoe County Fair. My daughter suggested we go look at the model home in Southshore, a luxury home neighborhood a few miles from where we live.
She and my son-in-law had been to the home a couple of weeks earlier, and my daughter thought I’d like the house.
The moment I walked in, I instantly fell in love with everything about this house. I swore when I became “Castle rich” (see Richard Castle), this would be the house I bought, and my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters would move into this house.
The finished basement spans almost the entirety of the main house, complete with a kitchen, a giant living room, a luxury bathroom, and two rooms that could be converted into bedrooms.
Outside the daylight basement is an infinity pool with a hot tub and a spacious BBQ area, complete with a chef-style gas BBQ grill. The backyard overlooks the Aurora Reservoir.
