A good leader is someone who leads by example. They would never ask for more than what they are willing to do. A good leader is someone who is approachable, not critical, and they encourage and listen to feedback. They encourage their employees and reward them for a job well done.

A good leader doesn’t necessarily need to be a friend, but a friendly attitude helps build rapport. They make the job worth doing.

I’ve had several great leaders during my life. I appreciate them to this day.
